Vlade Divac is a celebrated international basketball legend, UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador and an active philanthropist. Throughout his 17-year professional basketball career, Vlade organized and actively supported numerous humanitarian initiatives.
In September of 2007 Divac officially announced his retirement from professional basketball and dedicated himself to a new phase in his humanitarian work: Humanitarian Organization Divac (HOD).

The mission of the "You Can Too" initiative is to enable and help refugees and internally displaced persons, still living in refugee camps, to realize their rights to housing, work, material security, and thus regain and empower their own self-confidence and personal dignity.

Divac Children's Foundation (DCF) mission is to provide care, education, and healthy environment for children who suffer from isolation, poverty and displacement, without regards to politics, race, ethnicity or religion.
